Recently, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission Yufa Reform and Construction [2019] No. 19 document included the Anhua Group's raw material route upgrading project listed in the list of key projects in Henan Province in 2019. A total of 910 projects were listed in the province, with a total investment of 3.1 trillion yuan. Among them, 29 projects in Anyang have a total investment of 11.8 billion yuan.

    Anhua Group's raw material route upgrading project has a total investment of 3.366 billion yuan. After the project is completed and put into production, the newly added sales revenue is 2.302 billion yuan, the annual average profit and tax is 513 million yuan; the average annual sales tax is 140 million yuan; After-tax profit was 385 million yuan.

    The current procedures have basically been qualified. On February 13, 2018, the raw material route upgrading project was completed in the Long'an District Development and Reform Commission of Anyang City; on December 18, 2018, the Henan Provincial Ecological Environment Department took the Henan Ring Road [2018] No. 16 to the overall development of the new chemical industry park in Anyang City. The planning environmental assessment issued a review opinion; on January 18, 2019, the Anyang Municipal Development and Reform Commission approved the overall development plan of the new chemical industry park in Anyang City by Anfa Reform Industry [2019] No. 19; the pre-evaluation work of the project occupational hazard was completed on May 31, 2018. The preparation of the safety pre-evaluation report and environmental impact report of the project was basically completed, and it was submitted to the Henan Provincial Emergency Management Department and the Provincial Ecological Environment Department before the end of February.
